New York Fashion Week is under way! Yesterday marked Day 1 of the shows and my KENTON team hit the ground running at 9AM for the Nicholas K show, followed by BCBGMAXAZRIA at 10AM. It was a wet and rainy day, which caused havoc on the NYC streets. Traffic was a nightmare – you don’t even want to know what our Uber bills were!
This season, NYFW has moved out of Lincoln Center and the shows are spread out all across the west side of Manhattan. The new venues at Clarkson Square and Moynihan Station have a much more industrial look and feel, which is a cool change to the runway atmosphere. More photos and video of the space to come!
Special thanks to our hotel, Dream New York, for lending Justine and I a clothing rack to hang up all of our clothes for the week! It makes things so much easier, especially during the fashion week madness.
Heading out for Day 2 now! Stay tuned…
