Toronto is a great city to live in. It’s thriving, constantly evolving and still quite young when it comes to metropolitan cities around the globe. And while I enjoy Toronto’s newness, I can’t help but have a bit of FOMO for the classic, historical architecture that European cities have to offer. One thing I love doing in any city, is exploring and discovering pockets of history and urban charm. The Esplanade is one of my favorite areas in Toronto for its maintained heritage look. It was also the perfect neighborhood to showcase my new Timberland Heritage 6-Inch Boots from Town Shoes! When I put together this look, I wanted to showcase it in an area of the city that played on the heritage boot style. The Gooderham Building – the flat iron shaped building in the background of these shots – is an iconic architectural landmark in Toronto, since 1892!
This look is a mash up of utilitarian meets streetwear style; ripped jeans, layered sweatshirt and long tee, and a fur-lined military parka. Neutral earth tones and light denim to complement the classic Timberland yellow.
