While getting ready for Day 3 of World MasterCard Fashion Week in Toronto, I thought to myself, “should I go for a simple monochromatic look or make a bold statement?”. Toronto Fashion Week is the final fashion week of this season that I’m attending so my decision was to go out with a bang.
You might remember this silver motorcycle jacket from its debut earlier this season at New York Fashion Week. Switching it up this time around, I added a bright pop of print and color and a fur collar. Oh how the temperatures have changed since early September.
I was excited to wear a few new things for this outfit. Firstly, the shirt by Aware, a line designed and made right here in Toronto. The new menswear collection is not only high quality, but also has a charitable spin, donating a percentage of proceeds to AIDS research. Secondly, I got an update to my wristgame with a Caravelle New York watch and Thesis of Alexandria animal print leather bracelet. I absolutely love this watch; the green face and crocodile stamped strap are a beautiful and sophisticated combination!

And I’m very excited to share that this look landed me a spot on the front page of the Toronto Star‘s Life section on Friday, October 25, 2013! You can also spot me in Flare Magazine’s “Wear Canada” gallery and on Dose.ca.
