This past weekend, I visited the Toronto Islands with my friends, fashion designer Caitlin Power and Sharp Magazine editor Lance Chung. It was my first time on the islands and it was a blast! Minutes away from downtown Toronto, the islands have a small kids carnival, beaches, cycling and walking paths, not to mention an incredible view of the city skyline.
As an added element of fun, I decided to try my hand at making a little video of our adventure! Of course, my camera battery died after making three short clips, so the following is all thanks to the iPhone 5. Not too shabby if you ask me.
