During my university years, I visited friends who went to Queen’s University. However, since then I had no reason to be in Kingston, Ontario… until now. Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at QWIL (Queen’s Women in Leadership), a conference put on by Queen’s commerce undergrad students. Talya (KENTON’s fashion editor) and I arrived by train (which definitely felt very “Harry Potter”) and were totally entranced by the autumnal beauty in effect on campus.
It was so much fun to share the story of KENTON and chat style with the group of bright, young, ambitious ladies. Special thanks to my fellow Southridge alumna, Kristine for inviting us out! So proud of her work as co-chair on the conference this year!
