I’ve been feeling a really strong retro revival lately. No surprise, considering Alessandro Michele’s 70’s maximalism, Gucci aesthetic that has taken the fashion world by storm. Also the prominent comeback of vintage concert tees, velvet and so many other trends that are evoking a retro-chic vibe, but of course, remastered for 2017. Because no trend ever returns exactly the way it was. So don’t hoard your old clothes in the hopes that they’ll come back in style haha.

One of my favorite leather jacket brands, BODA SKINS is releasing a brand new MONO black & white, limited edition collection this coming Tuesday, April 18th. The new collection takes some of the brand’s classic, best sellers and updates them with contrasting white leather design details. I was lucky to get my hands on one of the first pieces from the collection, which I styled here with a Rolling Stones tee from H&M (that’s I’ve been tracking down forever- it’s available exclusively online), patchwork jeans and Gucci slippers. Aviator glasses to top it all off and, voilà!, vintage, retro aesthetic achieved.
