Spring Style with Hudson’s Bay

Spring is here and that means it’s time to put away your parka and kick your spring wardrobe into gear! To help you get started, I’ve partnered up with Hudson’s Bay to share some of my top spring style pieces with you.

For the warmer months of the year, I always favor lighter colors over darker shades. The first piece at Hudson’s Bay that caught my eye was this amazing jacket from MSGM. I’ve been following the brand for a few years now and their collections are always so fresh. The light wash of this denim jacket is perfect for spring. An easy style staple that goes with everything. The belt adds a unique element that gives the jacket a more fashion forward edge.

Opening Ceremony is another brand that I’ve been a fan of for quite some time. Their collection can be difficult to get a hold of in Canada. However, Hudson’s Bay carries a fair amount of their collection, with highly coveted pieces, like this black and white logo T-shirt. What I love about it is that not only is the print on the front, but it is also shown on the back, printed to look as if you’re seeing the front from behind as a 2-dimensional object. If that sounds confusing, I’ve included a shot of the back below ;)

A.P.C. jeans are famous for their quality and fit. They are minimal, classic and comfortable – everything your favorite pair of jeans should be. This light wash skinny fit pair is great match with the MSGM denim jacket. I’m a big advocate for denim on denim, or the “Canadian Tuxedo”, if you will. I think it’s a look that’s timeless and pretty easy to pull off too.

What I’m wearing: MSGM denim jacket // A.P.C. jeans // Opening Ceremony T-shirt — All available in store at Hudson’s Bay.

It’s such a good one. The belt makes it!
