Weekend at Viamede, Pt. 1

Spring is here! I repeat, spring is actually here! And really, this past weekend almost felt like summer. Justine and I are big fans of road trips, so when the opportunity for a lakeside getaway came up, we jumped on it. Taking advantage of the balmy weather, we headed up to Viamede Resort on Stoney Lake. A beautiful retreat just a couple hours outside of Toronto, Viamede is a fantastic spot in Cottage Country. We had a blast during our stay there. The rooms have just reopened after a big renovation and the the food was delicious. With tons of activities to try on the property from kayaking to “frolfing” (a fusion of frisbee and golf), there’s something for everyone. Oh and if you mention my blog or KENTON magazine, you’ll get 10% off when you book your stay!

My road trip look introduced this new James Dean T-shirt from ELEVENPARIS into rotation – and who better to accompany a road trip than James Dean? Isabel Marant pour H&M jeans for a western vibe and of course, a leather jacket.
