Sun, Sea and Sartorial Nostalgia in Miami with Bally Retro Sneakers

*This post was sponsored by Bally. However, as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

When it comes to style, I’m a huge sucker for retro-inspired looks. The vintage vibe and nostalgic moments, revived for modern day life. The new Bally Retro Collection is the embodiment of just that. A look back at Bally’s iconic trainers, reissued with modern touches for a fresh take on the classics.

In this look, I’m wearing Bally’s Vita Parcours, which were originally launched in 1974. The revived style features a beautiful calf suede, modern sneaker sole and recognizable checked pattern. Not only do they look luxe, these shoes are also super comfortable. When I put together this outfit, I wanted to keep things simple and classic, channeling the retro nature of the shoes. A simple white tee, tucked into blue jeans – it’s a look that never goes out of style. I think that’s reflective of this iconic sneaker silhouette too. They’re a retro classic that you can always count on.

I loved wearing the Vita Parcours around Miami and I think they’ll be great back in Toronto too. They’re a great shoe that can take you from city all the way to the beach. They come in a few other colorways as well, so there are options! Check them out here.
