If you talk to anyone who has been to Palm Springs, they’ll likely tell you that a visit (if not a stay) at the Parker Palm Springs is a must. That being said, on my recent getaway down to the desert, I made it a point to check out the post modern hotel, designed by Jonathan Adler. Part of the Le Méridien hotel brand, the Parker Palm Springs features a Norma’s, just like the Le Parker Méridien Hotel New York – a favorite restaurant of mine. Plus, the Palm Springs location serves breakfast all day long.

The hotel property was a perfect backdrop for my preppy look that evening, from the modest, yet eye-catching front door to the lush gardens. The weather in Palm Springs/Palm Desert was just perfect to get me into the spring style mood.

Stay tuned for my full Palm Desert photo diary and a video, coming soon!
