Fly

Fly

I have been wearing this camel coat non-stop, since I got it. I’ve wanted a camel coat since last winter – unfortunately never finding one until this year. And now that I have one, I’ve been incorporating it into most of my daily outfits. In my last outfit post, I wore the coat in more of a classic look, so for this post, I chose to put a sporty spin on it.

Nike sent me a really cool pair of FlyKnit Chukka sneakers to test out, which became the foundation for this look. I don’t usually start with the shoes, but this was an exception and also a bit of a challenge. Continuing the sports-inspired vibe, I added a windbreaker layer, while still keeping the look city street-ready with none other than my camel coat.

I’ve definitely been inspired by the autumnal palette, gravitating towards colors like burgundy, brown and tan. For this look, I went the classic route, withContinue Reading

In particular, for our friend and designer, Caitlin Power’s spring 2015 presentation, which PANDORA sponsored. During Caitlin’s show, Justine and I did a live Twitter take-over of the PANDORA account (@PANDORA_NA), sharing our perspective of the collection with theContinue Reading

First things first, as you might have noticed, alexanderliang.com has had a bit of a facelift! I will admit that I do get bored of looking at the same thing all day everyday, so I figured it was time for a little update. What do you guys think? As the title of this post reads,Continue Reading

Photo Diary: Left My Heart in San Francisco

Photo Diary: Left My Heart in San Francisco

I left my heart in San Francisco. And that leads me to the question: why have I not visited this beautiful city sooner?! To be technical, I had been to San Francisco once, but when I was young child and I can hardly remember anything beyond going to a very large FAO Schwarz store. Two weekends ago, IContinue Reading
